FOR ADULTS
Raku Party
Surprise your guests with an evening of fire and wine. Our Japanese ritual
of Raku includes wine to imbibe and a unique ceremonial vessel to decorate
and then transform in the night fire. Add your own munchies or gourmet
treats and make it a celebration to remember. Minimum of 5, maximum of
15 participants. Reservations require a $75 credit card deposit. Casual
clothing and closed-toe shoes are recommended.
Cost: $32/person
Times: Fridays or Saturdays, 7-10 pm
Pyro Party
Experience both the Glass and Metals Studios at Craft Alliance with a Pyro Party! Guests can roam the entire 2nd floor and visit both studios where instructors will teach them to make glass beads and copper cuff bracelets. Add your own appetizers or buffet and treat your guests to fun, food and fire! Professional instruction with all materials, tools and equipment is provided. Catering services are available upon request. Minimum fee $600 for 30 guests; $10 for each additional guest, up to 50 participants. Requires 2 weeks advance notice and $150 deposit. Guests must be 16 and older.

Glass Blast
This is a terrific opportunity for adults to get together for a small-group
activity or a totally unique theme party. Using hot glass techniques,
learn to make beads, marbles, flowers, jewelry, etc. We invite you
to turn your imagination loose. Professional instruction with all materials,
tools and equipment are provided. Minimum of 5, maximum of 10 participants. Reservations
require a $75 credit card deposit.
Cost: $35/person
Times: Fridays or Saturdays, 7-10 pm
Wine Charms
Gather a group of friends, pick a Friday or Saturday night, and come to the Craft Alliance Metals Studio to create unique charms for your wine glasses. Using metalsmith's wire-bending tools, combine silver, brass and copper, add glass and stone beads, and get creative. Will provide the glasses and the wine, you add your own munchies and gourmet treats, or even have it catered! You will leave with your own wine glass and charm. No metals experience required. Minimum of 5, maximum of 10 participants. Reservations 2 weeks in advance and $75 credit card deposit.

FOR CHILDREN
Craft Alliance offers a variety of specially
designed "Craft Parties for Children" including activities
in Polymer Clay and T-shirt decoration. The parties are held in our
studio and a Craft Alliance instructor leads the children through a
hands-on experience which gives everyone a unique memory or memento
to take home. Activities last about 45-60 minutes. Birthday cakes,
refreshments and decorations are provided by the parents . Craft Alliance
provides the fun and excitement. Parties must be reserved two weeks
in advance and require a $25 credit card deposit.
Cost: Up to 8 children: $120. Nine-20
children: $165, plus materials fees per child:

GIRL SCOUT CRAFT ACTIVITY
Craft Alliance offers workshops in craft mediums that qualify scouts for competency
toward advance ratings and badges. A professional instructor leads the children
through hands-on projects tailored to meet their organization's prerequisites.
Craft Alliance provides the instructor, studios and materials for the workshop.
Reservations must be made two weeks in advance and requires a $25 credit card
deposit. Space is limited to 20 participants.
Ceramics and Clay Badge
Scouts will complete six of the activities required for the Ceramics and
Clay badge including making a pottery piece using the slab method, visiting
a pottery studio, and learning about various types of ceramic clay and
glazes.
Art in the Round
Scouts will complete five of the activities required for the Art in the Round
Badge, including creating an abstract piece of sculpture, view sculpture
made by other artists and create a three-dimensional wire sculpture.
Cost: Up to 8 Girl Scouts: $100. Nine
to 20 Scouts: $145
Materials fee: $6 per person
