read descriptions of available classes.
- Check your calendar carefully we do not offer make-up classes.
- Carefully read all registration and refund policies before you register.
- Register children only for classes offered for their age level.
- Only registered students may attend classes.
HOW
TO REGISTER
Membership is not a requirement
to take classes at Craft Alliance. However, members do receive discounted
rates on classes and other benefits.
Early registration is in person, online, by mail or fax. Please
include the fully completed registration form and your payment when
mailing or faxing your registration. Registrations are taken on a first-come-first-serve
basis. Waiting lists are available for all classes that fill. Open
registration is in person, online, by mail, or fax. No telephone
registrations for Summer Camp.

Online
Payment may be made by check, Mastercard, Visa, money
order, cash (if paying in person), or by check. There will
be a $25 fee for all returned checks.

REFUNDS & WITHDRAWALS
Tuition will be refunded, less a $25 processing
fee, only if you withdraw from class(es) at least 14 days prior to the
beginning of the class. No refunds or credits will be given for withdrawals
after the deadline except for documented medical reasons. There are
no exceptions to this policy.

CLASS
POLICIES
Craft Alliance does not offer make-up classes
for classes missed by individual students.
Parents are responsible for bringing their children to
class on time and picking them up promptly at the end of class. Supervision
is not provided in the building other than scheduled class times.
Craft Alliance reserves the right to withdraw a student
from a class if it is necessary for the safety or well being of the
student or others.
Craft Alliance reserves the right to change instructors
from those listed in the course brochure.

CANCELLATIONS
Craft Alliance reserves the right to cancel, combine or reschedule classes to adjust for enrollment. In the case of a cancellation, students may transfer to another class or receive a full refund.
Severe Weather: The Craft Alliance Education Center will hold classes unless there is sufficient snowfall or ice to make it hazardous for faculty and studetns. For Mon-Fri classes, the policy of the University City School District will apply. For all other times, please call the Registrar's desk after 8am to access a message about the status of classes at (314) 725-1177 x325.

PARKING
There is free parking available behind the
building. Metered parking is available in front of the building from
9am to 6pm in the evening.

SCHOLARSHIPS
Craft Alliance offers a limited amount of tuition
scholarships for children and adults each session. Scholarships are awarded
first-come-first served, on the basis of financial need. Applications
can be obtained from the education center office.
