Entering the industry in 1973 as an apprentice mold cutter, Michael quickly mastered the skills and techniques he uses today to capture all the beauty and exquisite detail of nature in metal.
Also working closely with museums, he has created beautiful nature designs like the Wisteria collection for the National Gallery of Art, Juniper for the Washington National Cathedral, Cherries for George Washington's Mount Vernon and Resurrection Fern for the Historic Museum of New Orleans.
Using a variety of materials, the collection is produced in bronze, sterling silver and gold metals and utilizes freshwater pearls, precious and semi precious stones and hand formed glass beads. |
