Craft Alliance is thrilled to announce a $600,000 commitment of support from the Windgate Foundation. The award includes a $300,000 Operating Grant, and a $300,000 Challenge Grant. The commitment will be paid in installments, over a three-year period.
Windgate support, and matching funds raised through the challenge grant, will enhance Craft Alliance’s core operations including an array of in-depth classes in contemporary craft media (clay, fibers, metals, wood, glass, print and paper arts, and metalsmithing), world-class exhibitions, and extensive school and community outreach programs throughout the
St. Louis region.

With our relocation to world-class studio facilities in the Delmar Maker District, the ability of Craft Alliance to meet the needs of the St. Louis arts community has been enhanced tremendously and this support furthers our ability to deliver on our core purpose.
