ArtSmarts

ArtSmarts is a free, 3-visit program that brings high school and middle school students to Craft Alliance.

Held virtually this year, students go on online tours of our exhibitions and get materials delivered that simulate working in our studios. With classes led by professional artists, students learn basic techniques and history involved in woodworking, ceramics, metalsmithing, digital design, and fiber arts to craft contemporary artwork.

Both the program and transportation for the trips are provided free of charge for participating schools. To learn more, or to find out if your school is eligible to participate, contact Lowell Daniels, Community Programs Manager, at lowell.daniels@craftalliance.org.
