This workshop is a chance for you to take the skills you learned in Making a Cheese Knife further. In this one-day workshop participants will continue to hone their blacksmithing skills through flattening and spreading metal, basic heat treating, food safe finishes. Participants should leave the class with a functional cheese knife or letter opener to use at home. Make the perfect gift for holidays, birthdays, and other special occasions. Prior experience in blacksmithing is required.
