Summer Internships

Teens between the ages of 15 and 18 are encouraged to apply for a limited number of volunteer teen intern positions working with Craft Alliance’s summer camps. Teen interns assist our instructors prepare for camps and  assist campers with the projects. Interns develop valuable communication skills, build self-confidence, and gain valuable experience working in the arts. Teen Internships are available in: Ceramics, Glass, Metals, Printmaking, Fiber Arts Studios, and general Summer Camp. 

Earn credits towards one of the Teen Labs! Craft Alliance’s Teen Labs offer to high school students who want to build on skills learned in camp or try their hands at something new! Explore screen printing or papermaking in the new Printmaking and Paper Arts Studio or learn new skills in casting metal in the metals studio. Classes are taught by experienced Craft Alliance faculty and professional artists who will share their practice and career, but also work with students to develop their own artistic voice.
